All this after an hour of making Marika’s acquaintance. Two years later, enter our oldest son with his then girlfriend (now wife), who also decided to move to Boston. Our first call was to Marika and again she quickly went into action. She provided them multiple rental options, attended or had a colleague at every showing, and they were able to secure a beautiful apartment in Brookline near our younger son. And, as their needs grew, they moved a few more times in Brookline, each time Marika ensured they found the perfect place. Also, that year we decided to purchase an investment property in Boston where our younger son could reside. Through Marika, we found a unit in Allston where her advice on price point and negotiations proved vital in offering a winning bid. From there, her recommendations and advice for contractors, legal counsel, and ownership in Boston, were invaluable since we were operating from out of state. That smooth transition led to six years of enjoyable living for our son, and ultimately a great investment for us. In 2024, our son decided to move outside of Boston, and again, Marika was pivotal in helping us get the unit ready for sale, on the market, and under contract in a matter of weeks. Her advice and marketing skills once again proved invaluable. Over the years we’ve appreciated Marika as a dedicated and fierce client advocate and a committed partner with an unwavering work ethic.
